You may use our templates on your own projects to start a personal or commercial website. One product license is for one user and one domain only. Multiple domain licenses are available.

Source Code Credits: Some products might have a notice within the source code which credits icon or photo creators. These credits may not be removed.

Link to CyanoGraphics in the Footer: The link to CyanoGraphics is not required, although a sitewide link back somewhere or a donation is expected and much appreciated. To submit a donation of any amount, scroll down to our footer and buy me a beer. Feel free to use your affiliate id to earn money for any sales you may make.

Refund Policy: Dispite the fact that we have a return system on this store, CyanoGraphics does not accept refund requests. There is no way for us to know if you've deleted our files from your computer, making it impossible for us to safely process a refund. To protect yourself, I advise you to not purchase any product that you are not sure of.

Exchange Policy: We also don't accept exchange requests, for the same reason that we don't allow refunds.

Resale Rights: You may not, under any circumstances, sell or distribute our work without consent.

Dirty Practices: We don't sell to clients in possession of nulled or stolen scripts or any client participating in dirty practices.

Read the Readme.txt File: You must read and know the readme.txt file that comes with your purchase. This file contains a lot of important information, plus installation instructions.

Support Policy: We are happy to provide you with quality support on all CyanoGraphics products. However, we are only responsible for issues with the theme itself. If you are having trouble with a third party modification, it is your responsibility to get in touch with the creator of the mod and to get it working on your website. We can only guide you through Cyanographics related issues. See our help desk for more info.

Ownership Policy: You may not claim ownership of any CyanoGraphics product. We do not require a link back, but you may not replace our link with your own.

CyanoGraphics is not responsible for any loss in SEO rankings or data after or before installation of one of our products. It is your responsibility to backup files before installation of any CyanoGraphics product.
